Born and educated in Edinburgh. Graduated from the Edinburgh College of Art in drawing and painting, and after a travelling scholarship, studied printmaking as a postgraduate.
A professional member of both the RSW and SSA who exhibits with them regularly, and has worked full time teaching Art and Design in Edinburgh for the last thirty years.
Works frequently with the many excellent local Art Clubs in Edinburgh and is now
Honorary President of the
Edinburgh Sketching Club.
Currently divides her time between Edinburgh and Kirkcudbright.
